Our applicant tracking system by JobMatch LLC was created initially in 2004, the first ATS product was the very successful iApplicants. From there various upgrades and product enhancements resulted in the development of its new platform in 2015, called ApplicantPro™ and ApplicantPool™. The ApplicantPool is the same as ApplicantPro, only that APool it is sold and managed by independent HR Software Resellers. IFP has been a JobMatch LLC reseller/partner since 2004.
